Free starter pack

Twelve prompts. Copy, paste, small win.

This is the starter pack our free community begins with. Pick the one that matches your day, swap the parts in [brackets] for your details, and paste it into any AI chat. No email needed, no catch — if it helps, the community is where the rest live.

Start with the one you'd use today.

Want the pack in your inbox?

Optional, always. Leave an email and we'll send the whole pack as one tidy message you can keep and forward — or just read it all below. Same pack, no strings either way.

We email you the pack and let you know when new packs land. Never sold, never spammed — and the pack on this page asks for nothing.

Business

For owners — the follow-up work that quietly makes the money.

№ 1

The missed-call save

Write a short, friendly text message I can send to a customer whose call I missed at my [type of business]. Apologise briefly, say I will call back by [time], and give them one helpful next step. Keep it under 60 words and warm, not salesy.

Save it in your phone's notes. The best follow-up is the one that actually gets sent.

№ 2

Reply to any review

Here is a Google review for my business: [paste review]. Write a reply in my voice — grateful for the kind words, honest about anything that went wrong, and one specific thing we will do better. Under 80 words, no corporate speak.

Works for five stars and three stars. Replying at all puts you ahead of most competitors.

№ 3

The quiet-quote nudge

I sent a quote of [$ amount] to [customer name] for [job] three days ago and heard nothing back. Write a polite follow-up email that is easy to say yes to: one reminder of the benefit they cared about, one clear next step, zero pressure.

Most quotes don't die — they just get forgotten. One kind nudge revives a lot of them.

№ 4

One photo, one post

I run a [type of business] in [town]. Write a social media post about this job: [describe the photo or the job in one sentence]. Sound like a proud local owner, not an ad. Add 3–5 hashtags a local customer would actually search.

One real job photo beats a week of stock content. Post it the day the job finishes.

№ 5

The no-show shield

Write a friendly appointment reminder text for [customer name] who is booked with my [type of business] on [day] at [time]. Include what to bring or expect: [one detail]. End with an easy way to reschedule if they can't make it. Under 50 words.

Send it the day before, not the morning of — that's when reschedules can still become other bookings.

Realtor

For agents — client words, written faster, still in your voice.

№ 1

Listing words from plain facts

Turn these facts about a home into a warm listing description: [beds, baths, size, best features, neighbourhood]. Lead with how it feels to live there, keep every claim factual, and write two versions — one short, one long. Plain words, no hype.

Always read it yourself before it goes anywhere public — you are the Fair Housing check, not the AI.

№ 2

The after-showing follow-up

Write a follow-up message to buyers who just toured [address/area] with me. Thank them, name one thing they said they loved, answer this concern they raised: [concern], and suggest one clear next step. Friendly and brief.

Send it the same evening, while the house is still in their heads.

№ 3

Open-house invitation

Write an invitation to an open house at [address] on [day, time]. Who it suits, the one feature worth the trip, and easy parking/arrival details: [details]. Three versions: a text, an email, and a social post.

The 'one feature worth the trip' line does the heavy lifting — pick the true one.

№ 4

The weekly seller update

Turn these notes from this week's showings of [address] into a short update email for my sellers: [paste showing feedback, enquiry numbers, anything relevant]. Honest, calm, specific — end with what we're doing next and when they'll hear from me again.

Sellers don't need more emails. They need this one, every week, saying exactly what happened.

Everyday

For everybody — two prompts that pay for themselves weekly.

№ 1

Brain-dump to to-do list

Here is everything on my mind right now: [paste your messy list]. Turn it into a calm to-do list: group it into today / this week / later, make each item one small clear action, and flag the one thing that matters most.

Do it Sunday night or first thing Monday. Two minutes, whole week sorted.

№ 2

Explain it like I'm new

Explain this to me like I've never seen it before: [paste anything — a letter, a contract clause, a medical note, an error message]. Plain words, short sentences, then end with: 'So what should I actually do?' answered in three steps or fewer.

Works on almost anything official and confusing. Understanding first, decisions second.

№ 3

The week, wrangled

Here is everything happening in my household this week, in no order: [paste the messy list — appointments, school things, lifts, deadlines]. Lay it out day by day, flag anything that clashes or needs booking, and end with the three things I must not forget.

Feed it the fridge-door notes and the family group chat. Messy in, calm out.
